What is Your Action Potential

YOUR ACTION POTENTIAL-YOUR PERFECT BEGINNING

So many people go through life yearning for more time, more financial freedom, more control over their lives.  Many have health issues, as well, and/or are grossly overweight with some or all of the ailments prevalent among the obese, such as heart condition, diabetes and sleep apnea.  Stymied by their feelings of helplessness and lack of knowledge, they go through their lives unhappy and unhealthy.

Now, with the announcement by eminent chiropractor, author and motivational speaker Dr. Jonathan Yalochuk of his next seminar topic, “Your Action Potential-Your Perfect Beginning,” hope is on the horizon for those who want to change their lives for the better but don’t know how or where to begin.  Dr. Yalowchuk’s tried-and-tested, revolutionary approach to true happiness, health and extended life, long embraced by his patients, provides the information and vision needed to fulfill one’s own potential, both mentally and physically.

The seminar offers a multi-faceted program utilizing holistic techniques Dr. Yalochuk developed over years of study, research and observation of his patients at his clinic Release Chiropractic in Weymouth, MA.  The program includes nutrition and fitness advice, counseling and motivational skills to help his patients take control of their own lives and achieve their life goals.

Shortly, Dr. Yalochuk’s message will reach an even wider audience with the release of his book Your Action Potential:  A Guide to Changing Your Life Through Health.  His educational background and his own life style make him eminently qualified to write this book.  A graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in cardiovascular health and physiology and a minor in psychology, he went on to earn his Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA.   After graduation, he served as a lead doctor at a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Los Angeles.  Practicing what he preaches, Dr. Yalochuk is a competitive tennis player, fitness enthusiast and a student of martial arts, living his life in the same way he advises his patients.
